Terms and Conditions

To ensure a good experience for all our guests we have some house keeping rules / conditions.

1. Every guest must keep the key given to them safe and secure. Lost key replacement will be charged at £120
2. Damage to our property will be charged at £200 deposit.
3. No smoking and vaping indoors anywhere
4. No drugs allowed
5. No Alcohol
6. No room parties allowed
7. No visitors
8. No pets allowed
9. No loud music, sound volume or loud phone conversations that disturb neighbours
10. Be considerate of guests and local residents
11. No Refunds after payment
